Because of changing environment and our modern lifestyle, we are now barely walking bare feet, and all our daily activities are now on hard floor (Tiles, Marble, Stone). Our feet, the first point of contact on the ground is getting weaker and our knees are forced to absorbed excessive shock.
Wearing tight clothes and walking in excessive flexed posture can affect our knee joints. It's very important to maintain a healthy JROM for a healthy and flexible knee joint, because it helps in maintaining a healthy environment inside the knee joint. Tight musculature around the knee is another component that generally accelerate the knee joint damage.
