2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be booked through our website or mobile app, subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided via email or in-app notification. Patients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
3. Consultation Types
We provide three modes of consultation: in-clinic (Jaipur and New Delhi), online video consultation, and tele-consultation. All are governed by these Terms.
4. Fees & Payment
- All consultation fees must be paid in advance or at the time of service.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
- Fees may vary depending on consultation type and duration.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be allowed once if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Missed or late cancellations will be treated as completed appointments.
6. User Accounts & Data
Users must provide accurate details (name, email, phone number, date of birth, and medical history if requested). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Misuse or false information may result in suspension of services.
7. Medical Advice Disclaimer
Advice during consultations is based on the information provided by you. Incomplete or incorrect details may affect the accuracy of diagnosis or treatment. Online consultations have limitations and are not a substitute for emergency care.
8. Patient Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate medical history when requested.
- Follow prescribed treatment plans and instructions.
- Notify the clinic immediately in case of adverse reactions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on our website and mobile application are the intellectual property of Dr. Sonu Singh Clinic and cannot be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services unless caused by proven medical negligence or malpractice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation.
11. Compliance with Privacy Laws
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) and, where relevant, GDPR.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
